Santa came to visit Merlin Woods before he goes back to the North Pole for a busy Christmas season! He told us a story and we sang some songs for him. He even gave us a special treat! 

For the month of December we took part in a hot chocolate challenge! We earned cubes for good listening, showing 5, neat handwriting, being kind to one another and working hard. We had to fill our Christmas jar full of cubes in order to get the hot chocolate. Fortunately, we were all very well behaved and enjoyed a well deserved hot chocolate and movie for our amazing behaviour and hard work put in this term! 

As part of our journey towards getting our active school flag, our class - along with the rest of the school - took part in the 10 days of Fitmas! Each day we participated in 3 exercises a day and finished off with a Santa Dash around the park. We had great fun and the exercises really helped us concentrate in our work!!
